Who is responsible
Tavo, Karlo Veršić, Hreljin, Croatia, runs tavo.company and is the data controller for what this site collects. Write to hello@tavo.company with any question about your data.
The contact form
When you send the form we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, the topic, your message and the optional details for that topic (an event's dates, tatami count or venue, a project's scope, a stream's platform).
It reaches us as an email on our own mail server and stays in our mailbox for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we work together, for the length of that work. We use it only to reply and to prepare what you asked for. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies and storage
One cookie, tavo-lang, remembers the language you chose for a year, so the bare address opens in it next time. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves it.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script.
Hosting and logs
The site is served by Vercel. Like every web server, Vercel records the address, time and browser of each request in short-lived logs used to run and protect the service. Vercel's processing is covered by its own privacy policy and its EU data-protection terms.
Private reports
Reports we share with clients at addresses under /r/ are reachable only by their link, excluded from search engines and meant for the people we send them to. They contain the client's own project data.
Links to others
Partner marks and tool cards link to other companies' sites, each with its own privacy terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy. Write to hello@tavo.company and we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
Changes
When this page changes, the date above moves. Nothing here reduces the rights the law gives you.
