TavoAbout
Competition technology and web software.
Since 2021 we have run the scoring, video review and broadcast at karate championships on three continents, and we build web software for sport and for companies.
- At a championship
- We are an official part of the Sportdata team. We build the scoring network across every tatami and configure Sportdata/SET on it, run video review for the officials, produce the TV graphics and the live streams, and handle the anthems and flags at the medal ceremonies.
- The record
- That work has taken us to the WKF World Senior Championships in Cairo, the World Cadet, Junior and U21 Championships in Venice and Bielsko-Biała, the Asian Games in Nagoya, the EKF Championships in Poreč, Zadar, Frankfurt and Limassol, and the Karate One series from A Coruña to Leshan.
- In Croatia
- We run Sportdata Croatia together with Sport-hub project from Zagreb: online registration, the draw, timing and scoring, live results and the result book for the Croatian Karate Federation's championships and cups and for open tournaments, down to every round of the county league in Rijeka.
- How we work
- The people who plan an event are the ones who rig it and sit at the desk while it runs. Everything is tested in the hall the day before, the parts that matter most have a backup, and what we set up is documented well enough for a federation's own staff to take it over. Where a federation wants to run SET itself, we train its people to.
- Software
- The software we needed for this work we wrote ourselves, and some of it has become products: Inventorly for equipment lending, Referee Forge for referee training on the WKF rules, Competition Wizard for the people who work at competitions, and the tools other Sportdata operators now use at their desks. For companies we build websites, web applications and internal systems.

Why Tavo
The same people
Whoever sets the system up is at the desk on the day. You don't get passed between companies.
Tested in the hall
We test everything at the venue the day before and have a backup for whatever matters most.
Written down
Everything we set up is documented, so your team can carry on without us.
Tell us what you need.
We'll write back with how we'd do it.
