TavoOperators

The tools we built for our own work.

Some run a SET competition from the desk, some make the trip or the paperwork easier. We use them ourselves; this page is for other Sportdata operators and anyone who works at competitions.

Before the event

Event IT

SETup
Scriptmasters suite
Sets up Windows competition PCs in bulk: network, software, firewall, power, display, taskbar, audio and updates, in a single twelve-step run.
scriptmasters.tavo.company
PreSET
Event setup tracking. A shared checklist of 52 tasks, from routers to scoring tablets to the livestream, that the whole team ticks off from any device.

On the day and results

Event IT

SETemergency
One SOS button per tatami that calls Sportdata to the mat, and one dashboard where the calls land, across several competitions at once.
setemergency.tavo.company
SETilities
Event-day utilities for a running SET network, all in one window. It needs no console or admin rights and detects the venue's IP plan on launch.
setilities.tavo.company
SETtray
The tray helper on every scoring PC. It starts the PSS sender and the clicker port with SET-OVR, reopens a port that drops, and reports the PC's state to SETilities. Part of SETilities for now, its own tool soon.
GlimPSS
A passive live view of every field of play. It listens to the same PSS broadcasts as Start-SET and shows scores, clocks, penalties and video review for up to eight tatami.
PRISM
Scriptmasters suite
A virtual S: drive for recordings. It checks its own capacity on a schedule and clears space before a disk fills up.
scriptmasters.tavo.company
WKFusion
Scriptmasters suite
Merges any number of SET participant exports into one clean dataset and produces the statistics in the format the WKF asks for.

Streaming

Broadcast

Stream Come True
Creates, edits and removes YouTube live broadcasts, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails and visibility, through the YouTube Data API.
SETransmission
Sets up OBS on a tatami streaming PC from the Sportdata TVG PDF. Pick the tatami, camera and quality, deploy, and stream.
