We set up and run Sportdata/SET at WKF, EKF and national events. That covers the scoring network across all tatami, the static IP plan, the hardware and its configuration, and video review for officials. We stay from weigh-in until the last medal.

We go through the tatami, the draw, the schedule, streaming, video review and what the venue has.
Day −2
Rig
Scoring network on every tatami, static IPs, Sportdata/SET configured, video review where it's needed.
Day −1
Rehearse
A walk-through with officials and the desk. We test every stream from start to finish and check the backups.
Event days
Run
Streams, multiview and video review run from the desk, and problems get fixed as they come up.
Day +1
Hand over
You get the results, the exports and the documentation.
